Last Week: 1-4 (Gross)
Season: 24-31 44% (Even More Gross)
Liberty -13.5 (home v. Old Dominion)
Liberty is 9-0 on the season hosting a competitive Monarch squad who is 4-5 on the season. ODU has been known to play up to tough competition but the most important of this game is that Liberty is one of the best teams in the country against the spread at 7-2. Factor in they are at home and striving to maintain their undefeated season, I like the Flames to cover the almost 2 touchdown spread.
Coastal Carolina +3 (home v. Texas State)
Both teams are 6-3 on the season and both teams are in second place on their side of the Sun Belt conference. I think this is a very evenly matched game with both quarterbacks capable of taking over. Since the Chandeliers are at home and getting a field goal, I got to pick them here. A home team getting points, what’s better than that?
Ole Miss/Georgia Over 58.5
Both quarterbacks are elite in Rebel QB Jackson Dart and Bulldog QB Carson Beck. Both quarterbacks have 16 touchdowns to only 4 interceptions apiece. I think this is a back and forth game with both quarterbacks shining and most importantly with both teams scoring points. This game should find itself into the 60’s as I feel both offenses will score in the 30’s. I’ll take the over.
Houston -2.5 (home v. Cincinnati)
Houston at home is a much better football team as are most college football teams. In addition, Cincinnati is not a very good football team who is only 2-7 on the season and still winless in Big XII conference play. Throw in the fact that the Bearcats are on the road, then this is a no-brainer. I like the Cougars to take care of business and get an easy win over Cincinnati.
